Common Questions

If you are facing an unexpected pregnancy, you may have questions about symptoms, appointments, privacy, ultrasounds, or what to do next. These answers can help you feel more prepared.

How much will my appointment cost?

At Relevant Pregnancy Options Center, all of our pregnancy support services are free. We are here to support you during a difficult time so you can have peace of mind while considering your options.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your visit. You are welcome to bring your boyfriend, a friend, or a family member with you.

Can I be pregnant and have an STD?

Yes. Pregnancy does not protect you from STDs. Some STDs can have more serious consequences during pregnancy or before an abortion decision, so regular testing is important.

Why do I need an ultrasound?

An ultrasound can help answer three important questions: where the pregnancy is located, whether the pregnancy appears to be developing, and how far along you may be. This information can be especially important if you are considering abortion.
